The theme here is a mani inspired by my country. I wanted to try something new and different. I haven't done a ruffian. I was actually suprised how easily I managed to create it without messing up.
So I started out with two coats of Sally Hansen Thinking Of Blue. I painted Pure Ice Platinum to create a ruffian. I hand striped the red using a brush and Nailtini Bloody Mary. I probably should have used tape to create straight lines but I went the easier and quicker route.
So here is my USA mani.
