May Starlooks box

So I received my May Starlooks box yesterday and it is another box with stuff I don't have or would have bought. I really like getting something new and different. I like everything in this box though I wasn't really sure at first. I have to say I really like Starlooks makeup... just throwing that out there.

NCC #4 - Leopard Galore

I had a hard time figuring out what to name this without being perverted. I think I managed ok. I had a cute idea but changed my mind half way through painting/stamping. I was going to try to make it look like hearts but with my skills, I would mess it all up. Next time I decide to try it, there can't be a stamped image.

NCC #3 - Anime Punk

Well I decided to take a few days off from blogging. I decided to go with a punk look for my third stamping challenge. I was not going for a gradient at first. My first polish was too sheer and I didn't want to see my nail line. .

Stevie's Heart

Firstly, I am not excited about one of the pictures. They could be better. I need to learn how to use my Photoshop I guess. I only change size and lighting when I edit pics.

Anyways, I finally decided to buy one of the Zoya Pixiedust polishes and have to say that I really like it. It's hard to see in my pictures but they actually are really glittery. I will probably break down and buy more.

May's Nail Art Society box

I received my second Nail Art Society box and it was full of fun stuff to use. This month's theme is Kiss-n-Tell. It is full of Kiss Nail products. I don't think I received anything I wouldn't use which is awesome. All I can say is this is definitely worth the $9.95/month.

May BeautyBar box

Here is my May BeautyBar box. I love that BB comes with a little looks book from Allure to go with products sent. There are some good ideas from the book. As with most sample subscription boxes, I got stuff I am excited to use and others that won't get used at all. At least I am happy with most of this one.

Ipsy - May '13 edition

I got my May Ipsy bag and happy as usual. I gotta say that Ipsy is definitely worth the $10/month. I haven't been disappointed in a long time. Actually, I haven't been disappointed with Ipsy at all.

Gei Gei's Indigo

I got my Ipsy bag a few days ago and it had a Zoya polish from their Spring collection. Now, I didn't receive this pink polish, I got the purple one. I was going to use purple at first but changed my mind. I am silly like that. Now I have been struggling with migraines lately which has affected my polish changes and blog posts. Sorry about that. 

10 Dollar Mall

Have you guys heard of 10 Dollar Mall? I am now addicted to it. Everything is less than $10 and they have some cute stuff. I have bought clothes, shoes, nail polish, makeup, earrings, and hair clips. There is a bunch of cute items at a bargain. I like to go thrift shopping and a lot of this stuff is cheaper than Goodwill and it's new. The shipping isn't bad either.

I bought these really cute boots by JustFab for $9.99. They fit perfectly and I am a bigger girl. I can't wait to wear them out. I still can't believe I got them for such a cheap price.

On a side note, I had to return one item that was defective and had no issues. They sent me the RMA without asking questions. They have a 365 day return policy.

Picasa problem

Is it just me or is Picasa messed up? The last few days I have tried to upload and edit pictures, it degrades the quality by a bunch and shows up funny in Picasa. I have stuff to post and don't want to post bad looking pics. My post yesterday had pics I uploaded about 4 days ago and they look great.

NCC Stamping #2 - Stamped Solitaire

Well I've done it now. I really like the OPI textured polishes and have bought a few now. This one is from the Bond Girls collection and probably my favorite one so far. I thought it would be cool to try out a stamp with it. I think it stamped well even though I missed a small spot on my thumb.

Itty, Bitty & Crackled

First off, I apologize for my cuticle area. I don't know what happened but they got very dry and cracked. I know it has been dry and sunny but I do use cuticle oil/cream and hand lotion everyday. I decided to actually try out one of the China Glaze Texture polishes. I bought Itty, Bitty & Gritty because it was so bright and pretty. 

NCC Stamping #1 - Inky flowers

So I decided to review the MASH Silver Glitter stamping polish for my first look this month. I knew it would look good over a dark color so I chose to use OCC Inky which is a really pretty dark blue. I had to make some adjustments which is why I have a pretty gradient look going on.

I have another MASH product to show you. I received a Silver Glitter stamping polish to try out. I was curious how well this would stamp since I have never had any success with other glitter polishes. I also decided to use the Mash-45 plate.

Chalkboard Nails and more MASH product reviews

Almost all of the chalkboard manis have a black background but the chalkboards were always green when I went to school. I found the perfect chalkboard green polish and thought I would take a stab at it. It gave me the best reason to review MASH Matte Top Coat and Nail Art Pen.

Fruity Cosmic Dust

I totally thought I posted this but guess I forgot. Oops. When I was doing my review of the MASH scented neon polish set, I decided to wear Fruit Punch. I had some shrinkage which is why I made this a half moon look. I have to say that I was constantly smelling my nails while wearing this. ☺

Mash Nails Scented Neon polish set

I was recently asked if I wanted to review some products from Mash Nails and of course I said yes! So today I am reviewing a polish set from Mash Nails. This is their Scented Neon polishes which is awesome because I ♥ scented polishes. All of my swatches have no top coat because I didn't think they needed it. They have a nice shine alone.

Honey Ryder

I am not a textured polish fan but I had to have this one for some reason. I had seen it with a top coat and thought it looked amazing and I don't really have much for gold polishes. 

April Starlooks box

I am sooooo behind on my posts! It is now May and I still haven't posted this. I just seem to be busy doing something. I really liked April's Starbox. April is about neutral stuff. I'm not sure I would call the neutral even though everything is technically neutral. You have to see what I got to know what I mean.

April's Beauty Box 5

This is my second month of BeautyBox 5. I'm on the fence here. I don't know if I want to keep going with this one. I might cancel it because I don't think I like it as much as others.
