Water Marbling tutorial from China Glaze.

Here is a picture tutorial on how to water marble your nails. China Glaze called it the Swirl Effect. There are a few other tips to go with this tutorial such as taping around your fingers to keep the excess off of your skin... really for easy clean-up.
