I got my new Deborah Lippman Across The Universe today and wanted to try it. I also just got my cheeky stamp set and decided to use both for this look :)
I put a stamp over it from my Cheeky CH15 plate. The pic isn't so great but looks awesome in person. Very cute. I love the depth of the glitter in the polish.
